My name is Astrida C aka The Traveling RDH and the founder/mastermind of this blog! I have been in the dental field for 15 years. I started this blog to be able to share my stories and talents. I plan to blog about any and everything dentistry, my life as a dentepraneuer, dental mama, speaker and CEO of Core Dental Staffing. 

I am a lover of sweatpants and hoodies which you can always find me in when im not wearing scrubs. I love to spend time with my family, we love to travel and go on lots of adventures together!
